Hello!

Hi everyone!

I've just launched my brand-new blog about Veganism. Here I will cover my own take on a whole plants diet/vegan lifestyle, as well as my own experience with it.

When I switched to a healthier diet in September 2015, my whole life changed for the better and many [emotional] problems got restored. I dealt with depression and physical ailment at the time, but after only a month or so I started noticing an amazing, positive change in my mind and body.

I did a lot of research of the topic of 'healthy living', and of course I stumbled upon veganism! Cutting out meat, eggs, and dairy played a huge role in me transitioning to who I am today - therefore I definitely want to share my own research and thoughts on veganism with you, guys!
